No. That's required by the interpreter. The she-bang line shoudl really 
be a non-issue (as opposed to the actual path to Perl).

You mean a Perl Module? I'm sure there is but I'm not a Perl wizard so I 
can't tell ya (and even then, the Perl script that invokes the module 
STILL has to have the she-bang line). Perhaps you'll have better luck 
at finding the answer in Perl specific newsgroups and mailing lists
