www.nebol.se does not point to your server, but another provider's server
that returns an HTML frameset with one frame where the source is
http://nebol.dyndns.org/. That means it can only "redirect" root requests,
the dyndns.org service is blemeless.

You could perhaps insist that your provider fix their service to correctly
"redirect" non-root requests. I see that the frameset is dynamically
generated, so it should be extremely easy for them to modify the script to
support this. That, or get a static IP.
