If you are not using virtual hosts (see:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/vhosts/), you don't have to worry about it,
and you should not attempt to use ServerAlias. Just point the A-record of
www.elmelgua.mr to the IP address Apache is running on (DNS stuff, off-topic
for this list), and have in httpd.conf:
     UseCanonicalName off
(http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/core.html#usecanonicalname)

If you are using virtual hosts, go to your Virtual Host block, and add a
ServerAlias directive, eg:

    <VirtualHost *>
        ServerName www.elmelgua.org
        ServerAlias www.elmelgua.mr
        ...
    </VirtualHost>
