Then you should VirtualHosts.

EXAMPLE

NameVirtualHosts*

<VirtualHost *>
    DocumentRoot /path/to/foo1
    ServerName www.foo1.com
    ......
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *>
    DocumentRoot /path/to/foo2
    ServerName www.foo2.com
    ......
</VirtualHost>

for other description of VirtualHost directive refer to manual.
