    In Apache's config file(httpd.conf) there's a directive called
DocumentRoot. Then you must also use directive <Directory> to the behavior
of the documentRoot directory. Then just restart the apache and it should
show you
your web page. The main of the directory is usually called index.html.

Example:

.....
DocumenRoot "C:/www/html"

<Directory "C:/www/html">
    Option Indexes
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from All
</Directory>

    <a href="mailto:foo@foobar.foo">foo@foobar.foo</a>
