Funny you should mention this, as I am also setting up an Apache 2 server on
Red Hat 9 just to try out some Japanese websites. Even though my pages have
shift_jis in lower case in the html headers, I am still getting junk on my
screen.

What else do I need to do to the apache config to get Japanese viewing
flawlessly?
