The error log has {date and time stamp} [error]  mod_plsql: /{filename}
HTTP-403 ORA-1017 

In each case.

I could acces them fine before lunch, and no-one else has access to the
machine.

What did the error log have to say about the incident?

Were you able to access this URI before your lunch, indicating that
somthing changed during it?
