Uhhhh... What about this part:

As I've tried to make clear, the answer to your question differs
depending on what version you are using.

But obviously, someplace in your config file, you have specified port 85
instead of port 80.  So open up httpd.conf and look for the Port
directive.  If you find it (which implies you are using 1.3), then make
sure it is set to 80 and not 85.  If you don't find it, and assuming you
are using apache 2, look for the ServerName directive.  Make sure it looks
like
ServerName www.blabla.de:80
