Yes, both machines are running Solaris 8. I could copy the needed file but
that's really just a work around and it makes maintenance difficult if you
have multiple servers. Also, who knows what other libraries it's going to
need. I'd really like to find out what the problem is or if this is some
bug, but thanks for responding I appreciate it.

Why dont you try copy the librarys under /usr/local/lib to that machine to.
Are to 2 machines running solaris 8.
