i've put some things in order it seems, but i'm still having trouble 
with a browser...

Now, if i telnet www.anotherdomain.tld 80 from the apache box, i can 
access the domain....

telnet www.anotherdomain.tld 80

but i have this message on the browser :

    The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.anotherdomain.tld/ 

The following error was encountered:

    * Connection Failed

The system returned:

    (111) Connection refused

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

concerning the logs, my proxy says that :

TCP_MISS/503 1021 GET http://www.anotherdomain.tld/ - NONE/- -

i'm looking the squid direction ...
