In WinXP (I know it's not unix ;-) ):  -o flag in netstat
Linux (and perhaps the BSDs):  -p flag in netstat

You will have to check the docs on you particular Unix.  I do not think 
there is an option in the AIX version of netstat.  Your best bet on any 
Unix is to use lsof as previously mentioned.
