Subject [users@httpd] Does CGI work?
Date Tue, 22 Jul 2003 04:11:07 GMT
Hi all,

Does CGI work if I have the following config for my
virtual host?

Namevirtualhost 192.168.1.1
<VirtualHost www.ap-example.com>
  ServerAdmin stand@ap-example.com
  ServerName www.ap-example.com
  ServerAlias ap-example.com
  DocumentRoot /var/myweb
  AddHandler cgi-script .cgi
</VirtualHost>

==Quaoted from apache.org==
"Once that has been put into your srm.conf or
httpd.conf file, any file containing the ".cgi"
extension will be treated as a CGI program."
===

I expected myfile.cgi on /var/myweb/ to work but it
can't be excuted as cgi script(My script works if I
use ScriptAlias).
I think I either misunderstand the addhandler
directive or something wrong with my config.
Thanks,

Stand
