Subject RE: [users@httpd] desperately need help!

I never install McAfee AV or firewall. But I am not too sure about if my ISP (shaw cable) provide
them or if I selected the firewall when I installed the operating system.
How shall I check them?

either.
I tried on my friend's machine too, but things didn't get any better.
