You might try something like this:

<Directory /path/to/directory/>
  Options +ExecCGI
  <Files test>
   SetHandler cgi-script

  Subject: [users@httpd] how to activate my perl scripts?

  Hi, Guys,

  I installed Apache 2.0.47 on by FreeBSD box.

  I wrote a perl script and put it into the directory /usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/.
I can activate it by URL /cgi-bin/
  But now, I want to activate it by URL /test rather than /cgi-bin/ Do somebody can
tell me how to configure APACHE to do that?
