Subject [users@httpd] Perl CGI not working resolved

Thanks to those who offered suggestions.

Turned out it was the HTML pages calling the CGI scripts that were at 
fault.  In the URL where they called the script, they included the CFMX 
context root.  Once the context root was removed in the "action" attribute 
of the form tag in those pages, the scripts worked just fine.
