In that case, your vhosts should be something like:

<VirtualHost *>
    ServerName www.tabernaclebc.us
    ServerAdmin webmaster@gps1.us
    DocumentRoot "C:/path/to/tabernacle/docroot"
    ErrorLog logs/tabernaclebc.us-error_log
    CustomLog logs/tabernaclebc.us-access_log common
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *>
    ServerName www.newboardtmbc.org
    ServerAdmin webmaster@gps1.us
    DocumentRoot "C:/path/to/newboardtmbc/docroot"
    ErrorLog logs/newboardtmbc.org-error_log
    CustomLog logs/newboardtmbc.org-access_log common
</VirtualHost>

You'll probably also find it worthwhile reading over the Name-based Virtual
Hosting documentation.  It explains how your configuration translates into
the real-world behaviour of the webserver, which is helpful to know when
trying to figure out why things aren't working the way you expect them to.
