Hi David,
Thanks a lot. I am trying to configure apache proxy as a proper proxy 
server, not reverse proxy. I would like apache to process any https request 
like  https://www.yahoo.com etc. I would also like to configure my browser 
to proxy secure on port 443. By the way apache serves all https request if i 
configure the browser proxy configuration secure on port 80.
