[R] means "external redirect" which is exactly opposite of what you want.
If the two URLs are on the same server, then you can use something like
RewriteRule ^/Admin$     /admin/html/xxx/xxx/xxx.jsp

If they are not on the same server, then you will need to proxy the
request using the [P] flag.
