Subject [users@httpd] errors in sendrecv.c?
Date Thu, 29 May 2003 22:12:56 GMT
Hi folks,

I'm trying to compile 2.0.46 on a solaris 8 box.

I'm getting compile errors in sendrecv.c.

Specifically:

# /bin/bash /tmp/httpd-2.0.46/srclib/apr/libtool
--silent --mode=compile /opt/bin/gcc -g -O2 -pthreads -DHAVE_CONFIG_H
-DSOLARIS2=8 -D_POSIX_PTHREAD_SEMANTICS -D_REENTRANT
-I/tmp/httpd-2.0.46/srclib/apr/include
-I/tmp/httpd-2.0.46/srclib/apr/include/arch/unix
-I/tmp/httpd-2.0.46/srclib/apr/include/arch/unix  -c sendrecv.c && touch
sendrecv.lo

sendrecv.c: In function `apr_socket_sendfile':
sendrecv.c:879: `sendfilevec_t' undeclared (first use in this function)
sendrecv.c:879: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
sendrecv.c:879: for each function it appears in.)
sendrecv.c:879: `sfv' undeclared (first use in this function)
sendrecv.c:880: parse error before `int'
sendrecv.c:891: `vecs' undeclared (first use in this function)
sendrecv.c:894: `curvec' undeclared (first use in this function)
sendrecv.c:897: `i' undeclared (first use in this function)
sendrecv.c:898: `SFV_FD_SELF' undeclared (first use in this function)
sendrecv.c:902: `requested_len' undeclared (first use in this function)
sendrecv.c:953: `repeat' undeclared (first use in this function)

anyone have any helpful thoughts here?

Thanks,

Arin
