You are only asking it to match domains with a "." before zonekiller

ftp.zonekiller.dk, and mail.zonekiller.dk will match, but just
zonekiller.dk won't.

Try this:

<VirtualHost 192.168.200.2>
ServerAdmin jan@im-teknik.dk
DocimentRoot /www/zonekiller.dk
ServerName zonekiller.dk
ServerAlias *.zonekiller.dk
</VirtualHost>

The *.zonekiller.dk will now match the www. and the servername without a
  prefix will match your zonekiller.dk.
