Something is already using port 80. Propably another webserver.

To figure out what; point a browser to

	http://localhost:80/
	http://<yourmachineip>:80/

to see what is running or use/install the utiltiy 'lsof'. Then as
root do

	lsof | grep TCP | grep http

to see what is claiming port 80.
