Only got this string of messages now.
Sorry to ask, but did you looked at "Error Logs" or "Access Logs" ?
Maybe there you will find something to help you a little bit more.

One thing (silly, maybe) : Are you sure "index.html" exists and is on the
proper directory?
If so, if you double-click directly on that file, does it open ?
