Subject [users@httpd] 2.0.45 compile problem under Solaris 8
Date Wed, 02 Apr 2003 13:45:49 GMT

I'm having a compile problem with 2.0.45 under Solaris 8. During
make-ing of Apache, I get tons of errors about redefinitions of
symbols in exports.c. I can compile 2.0.39, 2.0.43 and 2.0.44 on the
same machine without any problems with the exact same settings.

The problem seems to have been reported before for earlier Apache
versions so I reopened a bug with basically the same description:

http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8867

I'm slightly worried about this if there'll be a disclosure of a dos
vulnerability on 2.0.44 on the 8th.

Is anyone else experiencing compile problems under Solaris?

sulka
