Sorry I botched that. You could use ps $pid to tell exactly which process
is running. Lets assume for now that it is apache.

 What happens when you try to connect from inside the network to your RH
box via a browser? what error message to you get. What URL are you using
to connect?

 Are you running ipchains or, iptables? What is the output of ipchains -nL
, or iptables -nL
