Subject [users@httpd] Forcing a refresh

This may not be the right place to ask, but is there
either an html or server side directive to force a page
to be re-read rather that displaying the cached version?
I don't want periodic refreshes. I just want the client
to be forced to get a new copy of the page every time.

Possible?
