Subject RE: [users@httpd] mod_deflate

Hi,

I am not sure how Apache was originally setup. I have done a httpd -l and
get the following listing :

  core.c
  mod_win32.c
  mpm_winnt.c
  http_core.c
  mod_so.c

This would suggest mod_deflate is not present ? Can I not include
mod_deflate as a DSO at runtime ?

Did you compile the httpd yourself or did you use the MSI package? If the
latter it is included. If the former, you have to put zlib sources into the
srclib/zlib directory before compiling.
