Sorry, only one config file, httpd.conf.

Don't have an SSL VH defined.  When I grep httpd.conf for Listen only 80 shows up, and grepping
for 443 comes up blank.

Don't think I have another instance of apache running.  I'm using the default install that
came with RH 8.
