Subject Re: [users@httpd] Mod_ssl and Httpd.conf
Date Fri, 04 Apr 2003 01:23:49 GMT
I make it on apache 2.0.x like this

1. Uncomment the following line in httpd.conf
LoadModule ssl_module modules/

2. Change the Virtual Host part in ssl.conf
<VirtualHost _default_:443>
# General setup for the virtual host
DocumentRoot "DocumentRoot"
ServerName localhost:443
ErrorLog logs/ssl_error_log	#You may want to change the log file name other
than that one used by http instance
TransferLog logs/ssl_access_log	#

3. start Apache with the parameter
This will tell apache to bypass the Directive <IfDefine SSL> in ssl.conf
