Subject [users@httpd] Virtual Hosting With 2 domains, 1 IP?
Date Fri, 04 Apr 2003 05:57:51 GMT
Hello,

I have one server that will have two domains with only 1 IP address. I
want to use one virtual host to handle mass hosting (server.com), and 1
for administrative functions (server.net). Here is part of my
httpd.conf file :
UseCanonicalName off

 NameVirtualHost 127.0.0.1

<VirtualHost www.server.net>
        ServerName www.server.net
        DocumentRoot /var/www/html
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *>
        LogFormat "%V %h %l %u %t \"%r\" %s %b" vcommon
        CustomLog logs/access_log vcommon

        # include the server name in the filenames used to satisfy
requests
        VirtualDocumentRoot /var/www/hosts/%0/docs

        <Location />
         DAV on
        </Location>

</VirtualHost>

If the first <VirtualHost> is there, I only get what would result from
www.server.net.  Any thoughts?

Thanks
Marc Boorshtein
