I did what you suggested and this is the error I get when I try to restart
my httpd daemon
Starting httpd: [Thu Apr 17 09:11:18 2003] [warn] _default_ VirtualHost
overlap on port 80, the first has precedence
[Thu Apr 17 09:11:18 2003] [warn] _default_ VirtualHost overlap on port 80,
