Thanks for your response.  You caught a type-o.  I did this at 3AM in the
morning and I guess that I wasn't awake.

The line in my httpd.conf file is actually 'Alias /WebCam  /home/WebCam/'.
the file name is not actually on this statement, just the path.

 <VirtualHost 192.168.0.3:80>
     Alias /WebCam  /home/WebCam/
     ServerName www..vertualwebsite.com
     DocumentRoot /var/www/html/virtualwebsite
     <Directory /home/WebCam>
         AllowOverride None
         Order allow,deny
         Allow from all
     </Directory>
 </VirtualHost>
