all i did to fix the dynamic ip problems with my servers is just to either
put 0.0.0.0 in the "bind ip" line of the conf file or just to have it bind
to whatever it finds do this:
BindAddress *
will make it attach to any address it finds on your computer so when your ip
changes then it will be able to find it
