Check lines:
#LoadModule vhost_alias_module modules/mod_vhost_alias.so
and 
#AddModule mod_vhost_alias.c
and 
#NameVirtualHost *
change to:
LoadModule vhost_alias_module modules/mod_vhost_alias.so

AddModule mod_vhost_alias.c

NameVirtualHost *

You MUST load the vhost module in order to use it!
And of course say what kind of vhosts you want to do. right?
