Try to install a LoopBack network adapter from the MS Windows 
installation and see if that's where the problem starts, if it loads then 
you found the problem - it needs a network connection to listen on, if it 
doesn't start, change "servername" to localhost or 127.0.0.1 in the 
httpd.conf file.
