Yes. The method relies on the interaction between the Authorization
directive (Require etc.) and the DenyAllow directives. The relationship
can be AND or OR and is controlled by the "Satisfy" directive.

Check the docs for "Satisfy" and see if you can work it out - if not,
post back.
