Don't think so...

I suppose you have a Really Good Reason why you need two files, most
people get along just fine with only one. Thinking laterally, you might
set up a cronjob to concatenate the files regularly, e.g.

AuthUserFile combined_passwd

then in cron:

* * * * * cat passwd1 passwd2 > combined_passwd
