You seem to have problems with conflicting *Module* directives. Do a
grep for "Module" in your config and check that they make sense. Note
that if you have mod_so and are dynamically loading modules, you should
use "LoadModule". If, however, you have some modules which are
statically compiled in, then you need "AddModule". You should never need
to Add and Load the same module...

Post your config if you don't spot the bug...
