What kind of encoding are you looking for?
The content encoding usually says that the body of the message is 
compressed by using some sort of compressing engine.
Do you want to compress the request line?

If you have many information transferred via HTTP headers, I wonder if it 
won't be a good idea to make those headers as part of the body.
