Subject [users@httpd] authenticating from multiple htpasswd files
Date Tue, 11 Mar 2003 11:22:37 GMT
Hi All,

I have a query about using htpasswd files.

Suppose i have two passwd files. passwd1,passwd2

I want to control access to the directory testdir so that users in
both passwd files can access the directory. What is the directove
for this.?

I have used authuserfile twice like in htacess file

authuserfile passwd1
authuserfile passwd2

but it authenticates only from one file.is there any way to tell
htaccess to use two passwd files?

Pls reply,

Thanks&regards,
Praveen
