In Simpler terms:

Allowed:
1. NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.10:443 and VirtualHost 192.168.0.10:443.
2. NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.10:80 and VirtualHost 192.168.0.10:80.
3. NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.10 and VirtualHost 192.168.0.10
4. NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.10:* and VirtualHost 192.168.0.10:*
5. NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.10:* and VirtualHost 192.168.0.10

Not Allowed:
1. NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.10: and VirtualHost 192.168.0.10:443 or
VirtualHost 192.168.0.10:80.
2. NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.10:80 and VirtualHost 192.168.0.10.
3. NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.10:443 and VirtualHost 192.168.0.10.

4. NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.10:* and VirtualHost 192.168.0.10:80/443
