So you are doing name based virtual hosts.  Sounds like you could use
ServerPath after all, though it seems weird to access your sites in that
way unless you had the problem ServerPath is trying to solve (older
browsers not sending the Host header).

I believe you just do something like:

<VirtualHost 1.2.3.4>
     ServerName somemore.org
     ServerPath somemore.org
     ...
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost 1.2.3.4>
     ServerName example.net
     ServerPath example.net
     ...
</VirtualHost>


These should handle access via both:

    http://example.net/
    http://1.2.3.4/example.net

    http://somemore.org/
    http://1.2.3.4/somemore.org
