Hi Bobbie,

i have to modify the apachectl script so it will use the SSL startup
parameter on every start case :

so add -DSSL to the graceful option !

best
Stefan

Betreff: [users@httpd] stop/start versus graceful

Greetings,
I think I remember reading that it is better to do a stop/start on
version 2 of Apache instead of graceful....has anyone heard of this? We
are having problems with graceful and in some cases Apache is hanging
and we have to do a Kill -9 to all processes to get it to stop...

thanks,
bobbie
