  Ummn. .  I looked, it seems all I saw was IASPI being a module for apache to allow it to
make use of .dll API files.  But I didn't find anything about ntlm.  There is a mod_ntlm &
mod_ssip but they are modules for the windows version of apache.

I think that for version 2.x the mod_ntlm has been changed to mod_iaspi.
Check it on google or the archives of this list, I remember that I sent to
somebody some links for it how to integrate NTLM and LDAP in win2k AD and
security hierarchy.
