Hi: there!

I am stuck, please help me. I just installed the Apache server as a service. I saw
it running as a service, but when I tried to type <A href="http://64.4.20.250/cgi-bin/linkrd?_lang=EN&lah=3c3b6058a0f9d59301e4852e361bea5e&lat=1045765720&hm___action=http%3a%2f%2f64%2e4%2e20%2e250%2fcgi%2dbin%2flinkrd%3f_lang%3dEN%26amp%3blah%3de758d808aa9341d0fe71f6e81dde8fa1%26amp%3blat%3d1045764873%26amp%3bhm___action%3dhttp%253a%252f%252f127%252e0%252e0%252e1"

BTW, the file I download is apache_2.0.44-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi

as server name since I don't have a domain name. Maybe that is what went wrong.
