Weirdness, installed on Win2k box running IIS, and port changed to 88 for
apache in .conf. Default directory changed, and it WORKS!!!!!!!!

Maybe something is using port 80 on my other rig already ????

Did you restart Apache after making the change in the
'httpd.conf'?
