I think perhaps you should just format your entire hard drive!  Here's a
simple command
c:\format c:/u/s/autotest
That should get that awfully bug ridded horridly wrote bad code thing apache
off your shrine of a pc.
Yep, pretty sure that's the fix!

clearing the browser doesn't work...whatever has been put on my computer
seems irremovable.
