Hi maybe I didn't get it right but why you don't make a redirect ??!?!?!

Or the fastest and easiest way for you ( as non expert ) would be to create
an webmail.html file which uses frames and includes the wanted link (
http://192.168.1.9/cgi-bin/sqwebmail )

Just an idea or you could make it more clear ....
