Look into ftp... You can run a cron job to do that provided it's *nix.

Well...

Having content from two computers(servers) upload whatever is in a certain
dir(an idea) every 5 min to web root or something?

It's not for me, it's for a friend. I'm trying to get more info out of him,
but he has not responded to email yet.

I know you know what you mean, but I have to say your question doesn't make
any sense to me. I simply don't understand what you're asking :-)

Could you explain *exactly* what you are trying to achieve? Use diagrams, if
necessary...
