George,
The thing is that whatever website your browser is configured to go to is
the one that has the apache server software installed; not your computer.
If you can figure out where to change that setting you will be in good
shape. The apache web page  that you are seeing basically is a place
holder until the owner of the server puts their own files online. Not much
you can do about that, unless you own the server.
