On Win9x go to $windows$ folder and edit hosts. On NT/2000 go to $winnt$\system32\drivers\etc and edit hosts. Add the IP of the internal server right below 127.0.0.1 localhost eg. 127.0.0.1 localhost 192.168.0.10 accounting.lan purchase.lan BTW, this is a networking question and nothing to do with Apache.
